This course will explore the development of commercial law, especially contract law, at the international and transnational level, including such topics as the development of uniform law treaties and model laws, interpretation and application of international uniform laws, the role of transnational business and legal networks in the evolution of transnational legal norms, and the social and political context of transnational commercial law.

This course will accept 10 additional students after the online course selection. Please email the TA for authorization codes before 22:00, Sept. 12 (Monday, Taipei Time). The TA will send the authorization codes to your emails within the next two days. If necessary, the TA will distribute the authorization codes based on a draw.
